- You must not include pricing on your listing (Stitch Circle is a discovery platform, not a marketplace)
- Listings are subject to manual review and approval — we may decline or remove listings at our discretion
- Your suburb is displayed publicly; your street address is never published
- You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload, but grant Stitch Circle a licence to display them on the website
- You are responsible for your own interactions with customers, including bookings, payments, and service delivery
For Customers
- Stitch Circle is a directory only — we do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any provider listed on the website
- You use provider contact details and booking links at your own risk
- We encourage you to verify a provider’s credentials and suitability for your needs before engaging their services
- The Recommend feature is for genuine positive experiences only
Intellectual Property
All Stitch Circle branding, design, and website content (excluding user-submitted listings) is owned by Stitch Circle Australia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Stitch Circle is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
